Last updated: April 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MenoCue app and website at menocue.com, operated by MenoCue Health, Inc. ("MenoCue", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MenoCue is a personal health tracking tool for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MenoCue. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

MenoCue offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscription prices are shown at checkout. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Your data

You own your health data. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

The MenoCue name, logo, and app design are owned by MenoCue Health, Inc. The content you create (your symptom logs, notes, and reports) belongs to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Health information in the app is for tracking purposes only, not medical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenoCue Health, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
